No doubt, these are challenging and uncertain times all over the world. If there is one thing we’ve learned, we are all in this together and we’ll need each other to get through it.

So many of you are in our thoughts these days. Those working in essential businesses we rely on, healthcare workers and first responders on the front lines risking their lives daily, we can never thank you enough. To the many small businesses who’ve had to close their doors with the hope we can slow the spread of this disease and decrease the risks for all – stay positive and we’ll get through this.

At Topo, our mission is to help our community move and feel better – when running, walking, or hiking. More than ever, we remain dedicated to helping people maintain their physical health and mental well-being.

If you can, try to get outside every day for a run, walk, or hike. Always follow your local guidelines of course, but cherish the opportunity to move your body and to reconnect with yourself and nature. Even a run or walk around your neighborhood can help calm your thoughts and make you feel better.

On those days when you can’t get outside, there are great workouts online that can be completed in the safety and comfort of your home. We’ll be posting a #motivationmonday series on social media, featuring tips and workouts from our Elite Athletes to strengthen your body and clear your mind.
