Tackle mile after mile in total comfort with the Topo Athletic Ultraventure 2 trail runners for women. The 30 x 25 mm platform of these comfortable trail running shoes delivers a plush ride underfoot and features a 3-piece injected EVA midsole for light guidance. The aggressive Vibram® XS Trek EVO outsole with generously spaced lugs delivers superior traction and durability on technical trails. The engineered mesh upper with reduced overlays increases breathability and features a molded foam collar for additional comfort. An internal microfiber belt wraps the midfoot and is combined with an external TPU heel counter to secure and lock the foot in over the platform.

I do Nordic Walking with poles each morning. I wanted a shoe with cushion but not so much that might make my foot less secure, as I take long, hard strides. These are just perfect.

I wore these for my thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. I absolutely loved them and truly believe they helped me do so well. I had no injuries the entire trail, my feet felt great, and I'd end my days feeling great too. I went through 5 pairs and really put them to the test, from being wet all day to marathon after marathon days. Now I'm beginning to trail run in them and have no complaints whatsoever.

Better than Hoka Challenger 6-wider toe box.
After searching for a light trail shoe with a 5mm drop, I tried these and love them. Wide toe box. Stiffer than Hoka but not terrible. Doesn't dry as well as Hoka. But overall quality is so much better. Order a half size bigger than normal size as it seems they run small. These were under 8.3 Oz with same drop as the Challenger and I am permanently switching to Topos. Great cushion for ultra races but a light shoe. Less bruising of toes for wider feet in downhill races due to wide toe box. Feels like quality while earring.

Very comfortable. This is my 4th pair of Topos. I love the fit and roomy toe box. I've used these shoes to walk in the neighborhood and for one hike. I have temperamental feet and my feet were comfortable for the entire 6 mile hike.

The Ultraventure 2 is a top quality trail running shoe that is now my go to shoe. I have been an Altra fan for many years but decided to try the Topos because the Altra shoes are not what they use to be. These Topos have plenty of natural toe room and wonderful support through the arch and heal. It makes for a nice feel on the trails and my feet are always comfortable through high mileage running. The cushioning is also really nice and supportive throughout the shoe.
